De carrière van Herbert Visser is op z’n zachts gezegd bijzonder te noemen. Als piraat was hij op het land actief in Nederland en België. Daarbij werd hij 16 keer uit de lucht gehaald. Om een gevangenisstraf te ontlopen vluchtte hij als piraat het water op. Zodra het mogelijk werd maakte hij de stap naar het legale radio circuit. Eerst als nieuwslezer. Vervolgens zette hij Radio 10 terug op de kaart. En inmiddels als directeur en eigenaar van 100%NL en SLAM! In deze aflevering van 1 uur en 50 minuten neemt Herbert ons mee in zijn carrière geeft Herbert zijn mening over de hedendaagse piraten en het beleid van het Agentschap Telecom.
